Student User Guide

You need to log in to your student account to use the platform.

How to Login

1. 1Go to the homepage and click the "Login" button in the top right.
2. 2Enter your phone number or email address.
3. 3Enter your password. For first-time login, use your Student ID as the password.
4. 4Complete verification and you're in!

Forgot Password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and a reset link will be sent to you.

After logging in, you'll see your personal dashboard with key training and account information.

Top Info Cards

My Classes

Your enrolled classes are listed below, showing program name, date/time, venue, coach, and status.

Quick Actions

• Membership Card — View your digital membership card and QR code
• Referral Code — Share with friends to earn 50 points per referral
• Points Redemption — Convert points to discounts (100 pts = HK$10)

In the "Choose Classes" tab, you can browse and enroll in upcoming training sessions.

How to Enroll

1. 1Go to your dashboard and click the "Choose Classes" tab.
2. 2Check your enrollment card to see remaining lessons. e.g. Children Training — 8/12 lessons left
3. 3Browse available classes below and pick your preferred date and time.
4. 4Click "Enroll". One lesson will be automatically deducted.

Cancel Enrollment

1. 1Find the enrolled class in the Choose Classes tab.
2. 2Click "Cancel Enrollment".
3. 3One lesson will be automatically refunded.

The "Attendance" tab shows your class attendance history.

Status Types

Leave Request

1. 1Find the relevant class in your attendance records.
2. 2Click the "Leave" button.
3. 3Fill in the leave date and reason.
4. 4After submitting, the admin will review your request.

The "Payments" tab shows all your payment records including date, amount, and status.

Legacy purchase records from the old system are also shown here for reference, including course name, invoice amounts, and lesson counts.

The "Certificates" tab lists all certificates issued to you, including the program, issue date, and download link (if available).

The "Activities" tab shows events organized by Soar Football.

Register for Events

1. 1Browse events in the dashboard Activities tab or the Events page.
2. 2Click on the event you're interested in.
3. 3Free events: Click "Register" to complete instantly.
4. 4Paid events: You'll be redirected to a secure payment page.

The "Notifications" tab shows all system messages sent to you.

• Unread notifications are highlighted in blue
• An unread count badge appears on the tab
• Mark individual or all notifications as read

In the "Account" tab, you can change your password.

Change Password

1. 1Go to the "Account" tab.
2. 2Enter your current password.
3. 3Enter a new password (minimum 6 characters).
4. 4Confirm the new password.
5. 5Click "Change Password".

Soar Football has a membership tier system. Earn points through attendance and referrals.

Using Points

• Discount：100 pts = HK$10 discount on your next payment
• Shop：Use points at checkout in the shop
• Maximum 500 points per redemption

To join a new training program, visit the "Programs" page on the website.

Enrollment Steps

1. 1Browse the "Programs" page and select a program.
2. 2Read the details including fees, schedule, and venue info.
3. 3Click "Enroll Now".
4. 4Read and sign the liability waiver (required for first enrollment).
5. 5Select a payment plan (if multiple options available).
6. 6Complete secure payment. Your enrollment is processed automatically.

How to Shop

1. 1Go to the "Shop" page to browse products.
2. 2Click a product and select your size.
3. 3Click "Add to Cart".
4. 4Click the cart icon in the top right to review.
5. 5Confirm quantities and click "Checkout".
6. 6Optionally use points to reduce the total.
7. 7Complete payment.
